This advanced, Web-based solution offers employers a method to achieve compliance with the legal requirements associated with the 1986 Immigration Reform and Control Act by promoting the proper completion and management of all employees’ I-9 Forms.

I-9 Plus provides a paperless, electronic method to not only enter and store the crucial data contained within an I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification form, but also:

• Digitally store electronic signatures of both the employee and manager
   
• Set follow-up alerts to remind managers of tasks yet to be completed in the process
   
• Get automated alerts prior to the expiration of the legal documentation provided by the employee during the completion of the form
